beHOME Phuket

We booked the hotel for a short stay before our flight and did not spend the night, but we used the rooms and everything was very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they provided us with free transportation. The price was very affordable and excellent for the value offered.

Very Close to Airport, They have free pickup and drop service, Mr Sunny arrenged it punctually, Even commutation to Phuket city is super easy by City Bus.

Nice location, 15 min walk from the beach

The place was clean and comfortable but a little too far from the town area. The room was well organised and had a washing machine and soap for it which was great for us. Generally quiet with a 7/11 at bottom of road.

Wanted to pay by card but their system would only allow a maximum of 1500 baht, which is approx £35/ $30 /€30 so we had to transact numerous times, in the end our card refused the payment so we asked for a bank transfer which was far worse, in the end we had to find a cashpoint and be charged 5% extra for withdrawing cash, this was a transaction of approx 10000 Baht which is approx £250, a very poor setup. Don't mind paying cash for street food, beer etc, but hotels is a bit on the dodgy side, contacted booking.com but still waiting for an answer.
