Walking distance to/from airport. Not a lot of facilities within walking distance from hotel although nice beach at the national park and a cool location to walk over to the flight-path at the beach by the airport

I only stayed here one night but the hotel and room were comfortable: the room showed signs of wear but was still ok. Minor cleanliness issues, which seemed to be more about attention to detail. Maybe housekeeping were super busy that day: No concerns. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast is a little pricey but delicious. Good selection of Thai and western options.

We were really looking forward to our stay here, particularly because of the amenities advertised and the four-star rating. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below our expectations. The swimming pool was completely unusable due to what appeared to be a significant algae bloom—the water was green and extremely cloudy. Unless the pool’s purpose has been changed to a pond, it certainly wasn’t suitable for swimming. The internet was another major disappointment, as it was only accessible in the lobby and not in our room. The air conditioning was extremely poor and incredibly noisy. At one point, it sounded like we were staying next to a nightclub! 😠 We had a terrible night’s sleep because we couldn’t comfortably sleep with the air conditioning running, yet without it the room became unbearably hot. 🥵 To make matters worse, the room itself was in a poor state and clearly not up to the standard we expected from a four-star property. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The facilities and room condition did not match what was advertised, and unfortunately, we would not consider staying here again unless significant improvements are made.
