    We booked our stay well in advance (booked in April for a June stay), and the sole reason we chose this resort was for the waterpark, as our 8-year-old daughter loves water activities. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we were informed that the waterpark was closed for renovation. We were deeply disappointed that we received no prior notice from either the hotel or the booking agency, though the front desk staff mentioned they had informed the agency. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate the counter staff's efforts to assist us and offer alternatives. ​We stayed for 4 nights in the Penthouse room, and everything else was flawless. The beachfront pool is stunning, the breakfast is delicious with a great variety, and the entire resort grounds are spacious and beautifully designed. Thank you for a lovely experience overall. We would certainly return in the future, but we will definitely double-check before booking to make sure the waterpark is fully open 😊

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at this hotel! Even though the water park was closed, the hotel did an amazing job keeping the kids entertained with inflatable attractions, pool activities, free ice cream, and a Kids Club for older children with lots of fun activities. A very special thank you to Boom and Chopper. They were incredibly kind, patient, and caring. From morning until evening they played with the kids, taught them how to ride a Segway, played table tennis, and made sure they were having fun all day long. They truly made our children's vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families with kids!

    We only got email a week before our departure that water park was close. it was the main reason we stay and it is very disappointing.
