A pleasant stay, room for improvement.

Good size apartments with fridge, kettle and small kitchen area. Good size bed and a safe in the room. Location is about a 20 min walk to the landmark night market, however the side roads to get to it don’t have street lights and are very dark, so requires your phone torch at night if your walking back, however you can get a bolt taxi for around 200bhat. Staff are friendly and helpful. We hardly spent any time in the apartment therefore suited our needs.

Needs some TLC, pillow cases on the bed were stained and the walls had marks on. The living room table had seen better days and was broken and chipped, would off been better just to throw it away. The white towels for showering need replacing they are stained and look dirty. We didn’t use the pool, there was quite a lot of leaves floating in the pool and only two sun loungers for all the apartments. These apartments have a lot of potential, they just need a good clean and some TLC.

The suite had a separate bedroom

All common areas were very dirty, piles of garbage would sit for a day. When we checked in there was a noxious smell in our room from fumigation. There was a on again off again sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to ask for bath towels, when we got them they were threadbare and full of holes. Dirty pool towels would sit in a basket at the pool for days. There were piles and piles of dirty linen on the floor in the kitchen. There was lot of traffic noise and the AC unit was on the balcony and very noisy. The elevator was particularly dirty. They breakfast was bad and double the price of other restaurants in the area for the same thing. The pool area had one functional lounge chair for the entire hotel. There were 2 others that were broken.

I wouldn't choose to stay unless I could be in B building

We had no breakfast, the room was large and comfortable with parking for our hire car. It was out of the main and beach area, which was why we chose it.

Our room overlooked the road without double glazing so was noisy. But we managed to sleep as it does get quieter at night. It would be useful if the booking process included that information,also that there are two buildings andbuilding B rooms are away from the road. The staff were friendly but very little English, so Google translate was necessary for queries or sort our problems. It's location. would mean transportation to the beach etc... We had a huge electrical pylon by our balcony which, combined with the traffic noise made the balcony obsolete. But we made the most of everything and enjoyed ourselves

Great budget friendly place for couples and families alike

The deluxe suite was extremely cozy and they had kept all the supplies we needed. There are only 2 rooms per floor and it's very quiet. Great place for couples and families and budget friendly too. The hosts were extremely sweet and even offered us umbrellas for the day in the rain since we didn't have one. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Krabi

The location is just perfect. Not too far away from Ao Nang Beach but in a less busy area. Our room is huge with living room and balcony. We really love it!

Great Features, Minor Flaws

Convenient Amenities: The room was equipped with a microwave and utensils, which was very useful. Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Balcony with a View: The balcony was breezy and a great spot to relax. Lovely Animal Friend: There's a sweet, friendly cat on the property.

Noise: The balcony faces the main road, so it can be quite noisy. Distance to Beach: It's a bit far from Ao Nang beach, but this wasn't an issue for us since we had a car. Maintenance Issues: The toilet door doesn't lock and the shower head is leaking.

Clean, modern, new. Large lounge room with comfy suite, separate bedroom with huge and comfy bed Balcony with table and chairs. Good sized bathroom. All very clean. Only 2 units per floor, so extremely quiet. Bonus was a lift and lovely pool and pool area. Very well priced

Great but could do with a few improvements.

Very spacious apartment and super comfy bed! The linen/towels were changed everyday which was amazing. Pool was lovely and staff are very helpful.

The location wasn’t the best if you don’t have any transport. Luckily we paid for a bike to get us around. At least over 30 min walk to main shops/bars etc. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were a few mosquito’s in the room when we first checked in. Shower head could do with changing, the pressure isn’t the best either. The TV is also not a smart TV and the wifi is shocking so you’re not able to watch anything other than live Thai channels.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff and good management.

Everything was absolutely fantastic about the property. The hotel manager Su was lovely, welcoming and the staff there went out their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay. The hotel is maintained really well clean and tidy and is located at an ideal location in Ao nang walking distance beeches, restaurants and markets. We had a brilliant time there looking to come back soon.

Really clean and spacious accommodation with everything needed in the room. The pool is lovely and gets sun most of the afternoon. The staff are fabulous! Anything you need they will do their best to help. I originally booked for a week but then booked to stay another week as liked it so much. Have been travelling Thailand for 7 weeks so stay in many hotels. This one is by far the friendliest

Het personeel spreekt geen Engels, de kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt, de bedden waren vies maar ze zei via google vertalen dat het kwam door het strijken, ook zat er overal dode vliegen op spiegels en muren. In de straat staan meerde luidsprekers van de Moskee wat voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgt.

To nie jest hotel, to mieszkanie w bloku, bo obslugi prawie w ogóle nie ma, obsługa prawie nie mówi po angielsku. Dostalismy brudne reczniki, poprosilam o wymianę na czyste, to dostalam 2 zamiast 3. Wszędzie brudno. Przez 6 dni nikt nie posprzątał, sami wynosiliśmy śmieci, prosiliśmy o papier toaletowy. Dramatyczna klimatycja, ma pewnie 30 lat, bardzo glośno pracuje. Daleko do centrum i na plażę, lepiej poszukać czegoś bliżej, bo jest problem z czekaniem na taksówki.

Premettendo che a Krabi come in altri posti di mare in Thailandia, i posti belli belli costano come in Italia, la struttura ha diversi problemi: - vecchia e non molto pulita - letto scomodo, lenzuola sporche con macchie ovunque (e per accorgermene io che sono tutt'altroche schizzinoso...), asciugamani (solo 1 x persona) rovinati e strappati - pulizie solo su richiesta - posizione molto scomoda lontano da tutto Sembra un alberghetto di una zona industriale tenuto male

Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse et la taille de l’appartement était bien.

Aucun équipements de cuisine. Assez sale. Porte de la chambre qui se bloque sans possibilité d’ouvrir car pas de clef. Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Cher pour l’endroit et pas apprécié le supplément lit bébé conséquent.

La localització és perfecte, al costat de la platja caminant i a pocs minuts del port. Les habitacions estan bé, bastant gran.

La neteja, durant els 4 dies no van venir en cap moment a netejar l’habitació. El personal no entenc gaire l’anglès i la comunicació era difícil. En el nostre cas estàvem al mòdul B i es sentien ems galls i la megafonia de la mesquita a cada hora que tocava resar, el que més molestava era el de les 5 AM

De ruimte, het was een ruime kamer. Niet veel geluid omdat wij in het B-gebouw zaten.

Geen strijkijzer op kamer, 1 strijkijzer voor de hele complex. Veel mieren op de koelkast. Hygiëne kon beter. Wij zijn er achter gekomen dat het personeel zomaar in ons kamer is geweest en iets heeft gepakt. Ook is de strand ver van de accommodatie.
