Exquisite and delightful hotel

The owner's were fantastic! Couldn't do enough for us all. The accommodation was beautiful and clean and the setting was like being in the jungle with all the wildlife and noises. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Nancy and Pong and the team were absolutely brilliant. It is a lovely hotel within lots of greenery in a little quiet haven. Very clean, great food and the hosts go over and above to help you have a great holiday. They let us borrow snorkels and took us into town to get the boat and then to Khao Sok afterwards.

Great value and near the Nopparat Thara pier which was what we wanted as stopping over in Ao Nang on our way to Koh Jum

Really friendly and helpful staff. Pong gave us a lift to the restaurant and to the pier in the morning. Comfy bed. Although air con wasn’t brilliant the fan kept us cool and I slept like a log. Nice little pool too!

The shower head needs a good descale as it wasn’t more than a dribble. But it was enough to get clean so still ok.

Away from the noise, a bubble of calm and nature in busy Ao Nang. The pool was a good size and the reception area was very welcoming.

Great location: it’s close to the main road (and away from Ao Nang beach), a suitable base for both diving and road trip in the region. Great vibes: the garden and its surrounding gives the wilderness vibe and chill. Friendly host and staff

A lovely little hideaway

Lovely owner who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The bungalows are gorgeous, we loved the warm, cosy vibe. The small resort was a welcome, calm, and fairly quiet sanctuary, yet so close to the busy road and tourist strip. Nice walk to the night market (beware the large pack of strays on the way, they didn't bother us, but could be intimidating to some). The food was good, and the resident cats are adorable. We rented a scooter from here, and it was the best we've hired so far. Highly recommend of you're after a restful little hideaway, yet close to the main tourist areas.

The gardens could be maintained a little more often for that "resort" feel. The grass was a bit unkempt when we stayed. Not a deal breaker for us at all, though, just some feedback for the owner.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Cozy Garden Resort! It was our favorite place we stayed in Thailand! The atmosphere just feels like home, the food and drinks are delicious, the owner and her husband and family who work there are fantastic and so kind! They even gave us free rides places if they weren't busy! It was so nice to come back from the beach and order a delicious smoothie and some food, it was reasonably priced and some of the best food and drinks we had on our two week trip in Thailand. The bungalows were clean and stocked with fresh bottled water daily. Comfortable beds and the AC units in the bungalows worked great! The pool was refreshing and I loved that it didn't have a closing time so I was able to soak for a few minutes after a hot day when we got back late. We spent a few nights at Cozy Garden and then went to a fancy resort on a private beach for a few nights after and we actually missed being at Cozy Garden (the food was even better at Cozy than at the private resort). The location was perfect, right next to Nopparat Thara Beach, and a quick cheap tuktuk ride or grab to Ao Nang or Krabi town! If we are ever in Krabi/Ao Nang area again we will definitely be staying here at Cozy Garden Resort and we absolutely recommend it to anyone!

A perfect place to start exploring Krabi!

A perfect place to start exploring Krabi! I always always dreamt to stay in a lana Style Bungalow, a traditional thai house one day. And my dream came true. It's so awesome, cozy und I felt like home. I love the huge terrace-to sit with a coffee, watch the rain and nature. So so nice. The bed is so cozy, the pool is awesome to cool down after the day. You can rent a scooter an do you laundry. But not just the cherry on top, are Nancy and Pong, the owner and her husband. They helped me in every way and are such kind people. I am traveling alone, so they felt a bit like family. I highly recommend this beautiful, stunning place! It’s in the back area if krabi. So no party area, I wanted calmness and avoid the crowds. There a many locals and local restaurants. And of course 7 Eleven. I loved the cozy garden so much, I extended my stay to almost a week!

Little oasis in a busy area, but pool area needs work.

We stayed in the family house and it was spacious, had a great balcony, and was full of character. The house is wooden and has two separate bedrooms with aircon, and a middle room with a fridge, microwave and kettle. We were able to order food from the hotel restaurant and eat it together on our balcony and the surrounding trees made it feel like we were in the rainforest, despite being next to a major road (we even saw a firefly!) There was a hammock to relax in. Staff were friendly and very helpful arranging tours and transport, and dropped us off at the beach a few times.

The only true negative was that the pool chairs were mouldy, and not a small amount, just totally covered. Pool itself was run down (but clean, my daughter did her fair share of swimming in it). You're on a major road so walking anywhere is difficult/dangerous, especially with kids (but a grab costs very little to the beach so this isn't a deal breaker). A nearby mosque does prayers every morning around 5 am (this is just a part of life in this area, certainly not blaming the hotel, but it's good to know about nonetheless).

Everything was amasing. Quiet relaxed nice bungalows with more than enough space nice patio with ceiling fan. There's a pool and a restaurant at the resort. Breakfast with home made bread and many other options!!! Nice juices!! menu with great food - Thai and western. Good coffee! You can hire a car or a scooter on site. The easiest process in comparison to other places. Shops nearby for food and super markets within walking distance (max 5 mins). The couple that owns the place are very welcoming people. Kind hearted and extremely helpful. Anything you need they can help you with. They were so kind to drive to my next place for free. They gave me stuff to wash some clothes and hang them. When I was away and it rained they gathered the clothes for me. I can't recommend this place enough. A place to relax and/or explore around. Away from the busy places closer to the beach. I had booked two days and I ended up staying for a week. I hope I didn't miss any other great things. And if I did I'm sure you're going to find it there!!! Thank you for everything. An oasis that we highly recommend

We liked everything about our stay here. Nancy and Pong are excellent hosts. Extremely helpful and pleasant. All the staff were lovely. The room was clean and spacious with a nice sized balcony and was serviced daily. The gardens and pool were beautiful

Hosts are super helpful. We were able to hire scooter from place. Cabin was separate, which was nice. Mattress was comfortable. Pool was nice. We asked for fan and they provided it.

Tranquil oasis with everything you could want

Our stay at cozy garden resort was nothing short of heavenly! From the warmth of the incredible hosts Nancy and Pong, to the freshly cooked food and the tranquility of the resort, my friend and I had only wished we stayed longer and weren’t moving onto our next destination, I would definitely come back and stay here for at least a week. I couldn’t fault it! Also, the way we were looked after by Nancy was the best hosting we received in our 3 week Asia trip, so sweet, helpful and such lovely conversations, I would urge anyone looking for a tranquil oasis where every need is catered to, to stay here!

Beautiful property, excellent food and exceptional staff!

The staff is just truly exceptional. They’re so kind, friendly, and helpful giving us great recommendations, serving excellent food and providing great service for our needs. My partner got a little sick on the trip and they were nice enough to deliver food to the room so he could stay rested indoors. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, honestly. They supplied us with additional water, toilet paper, towels, pillows - just really very great service. You can tell they care about the property as I see them cleaning the pool often and having folks come trim and manage the garden/plants. They have a good sized menu with mix of western, European and Thai food. Thai menu isn’t too big but the things they had they excelled in. Dishes were better than some of the “highly rated” restaurants we visited closer to the touristy area. Bc my partner was sick it was SO convenient that their restaurant was open all day from breakfast to dinner. Loved the space between guests and having our own unit so enjoy some privacy on our own balcony. Nice to have a relaxing garden property to stay on away from the loud hustle and bustle near the Ao Nang beach strip Location is a little further than other accommodations - 5-8 min scooter from the main area but it’s fine if you know what you’re getting into. That area closer to the beach is obnoxiously loud and crowded so this trade off was much preferred. They also rent scooters so it’s a very one-stop-shop with all your amentities available at your fingertips. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Krabi

Stunning authentic place, would 100% recommend!

Visually the resort is stunning with authentic wood carved and ornate buildings and beautiful grounds. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and showed genuine interest in our needs and go above and beyond. The food was sensational, so delicious and the menu very good for families. We had a family villa and it was gorgeous, clean and super comfortable. Absolutely gutted we found this at the end of our holiday and couldn't stay for more than a night.

A lot of people wrote, that it's a place, you want to come back. And that is true. Great location in a beautiful garden, quite, but close to anything, you need. Very friendly and helpfull owners, Nancy and her husband are really soulful people! Authentic wooden houses are clean and equipped with all necessary things. It's better, if you have bike or car, but if not, you can reach the beach and restaurants, walking about 10-15 min. Or you can go by bysikle. Also good breakfast and meals are served there. Highly recommended! We will come back!

We felt taken care of really well and we are so grateful for making our stay so easy. We had no problems with the location since owners provided us all the transfers, food was just great and reasonably priced, rooms had everything needed and whole property has this wonderful green nature and chill vibe.

Highly recommended. Nancy was one of the best thing that happened to me in Thailand. She answered all my queries over whatsapp for many days without ever loosing patience. Not only about her resort, she did guide me about the rest of Thailand too as and when needed. I will rate this place a 110 out of 100. Loved it. P.S. Do not forget to try Nancy's homemade bread. That is lovely.
