About this house rental
Hi I am Daniela and I grew up in this wonderful medieval village nestled in the Apennines, rich in history, culture and enchanting landscapes.
Together with my family we have built this house in compliance with the strictest earthquake standards and personally taking care of the quality of the materials.
The apartment is intended to accommodate people with the desire to discover the magic of these places that maintain their authenticity, their humanity, calm, real luxuries in the chaos of today's life.
It is located in a very panoramic hill area with the valley in front of it with the typical Umbrian hills, behind it the park of Mount Cucco with its paths immersed in nature and the historic center (400 meters) rich in a millenary history.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 with 3 single beds) 1 bathroom, living area with 2 double beds and a laundry room, and just for you there is a garden for breakfast immersed in the scent of aromatic plants and jasmine.
It can accommodate up to 9 people. It has a reserved parking space inside the property.
The strategic location is also confirmed by the presence of the bus stop (facing the road) and the train station (400m. Ancona-Rome line) that allow you to reach any town in central Italy without a car.
Not to be missed in the vicinity: Gualdo Tadino (5 minutes), Gubbio (15 minutes), Assisi Perugia (30 minutes), the Frasassi caves (35 minutes), Lake Trasimeno (40 minutes) and many other places that I will be happy to advise you.
