check in took some time as rooms were still being cleaned. breakfast was alright, basic continental. location is very convenient.
it's on the top two floors so a fair bit of cardio getting up and down.

Smack-dab in the middle of Thamel which was convenient for getting everywhere. I walked to the markets everyday, sometimes twice a day.
The room was adequate, be realistic with your expectations because the prices are wallet-friendly.
Sita the cleaning lady was super polite and caring. She was the one who checked me in. She also made a sufficient breakfast (if that is part of your rate).
I had to pay with cash even though they supposedly accept credit cards. I contacted the property (direct message using booking.com) and asked for an invoice but never heard back from them.
In fact, I never saw the owner/manager/whoever during my whole stay. Sita ran everything and most definitely deserves a salary increase.

Breakfast was good and location as well.
AC, TV was not working. Bathroom was not attached and the washbasin tap water flow was very slow. I reported it however it was told by them that the TV has issue and AC is fine but I can feel the temperature is not going below 26 degree.
