Would highly recommend the hotel for anyone considering staying at the prime location of Thamel. Be it for a solo traveler or a big group, the hotel is highly suitable for all of you in terms of comfort, location and staff behaviour! Stayed for over a month and never felt any problem or unfamiliarity throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

I spent 28 days here. Room rate is affordable for long stays. Room is clean and cozy. Overall hotel and restaurant service is good.

I have visited with my family on last 21st March 2026. According to lower budget hotel is ok but we have faced the below issue,  Cigarette smell in the room during entering in the room  Washroom bulb not working  Room tissue & toilet tissue not available  Room was way too colder (might be dam issue)  All the facilities for 2 persons while we paid for 3 pax  During breakfast only 1 pcs EGG & 2PCS BREAKFAST with Tea/Coffee (No jam/Jelly/Butter). Horrible breakfast experience After informing the staff took a quick step to resolve the issue but as a professional hotel this must be need to check prior to check in guest. Another horrible experience we got that beside our family room they check in some young guys who are drinking & after informing the hotel staff they just inform them not to drink in open space rather encouraging to drink inside room. As a result, 1am of midnight I had to get out & search for another hotel as this is a family concern. In morning I checked out while paid for 2 days & owner informed me there was no Refund policy they have. Later I informed Agoda & getting push from them Owner called me to give me the refund by cash. Most hilarious part is during the refund he calculated vat, tax etc. & I received the after vat, tax as refund. The refund made for the sack of hotel reputation not as customer experience. Guys I don’t want the refund; a well apology can turn your customers horrible experience as an incident & return of your customer to choose your hotel. We wish for the Hotel if they take this as a development.

Day after checking in, hotel renovations started. Constant hammering, tapping noises, chair and furniture moving, drilling/vibrating noises. Hours of noises of loud dump truck-type noises. Original assigned room had nonfunctional TV and shower, and outside window that was permanently open 4"-5". Reassigned to new room in nonsmoking floor but then smoking guests appeared day after check-in. 4 straight days of complaints of guests on same floor smoking such that strong smell of cigarettes filled my room resulted in no appreciable change-guests continued to smoke in common areas of nonsmoking floor. Hot water frequently unavailable and with weak water pressure. Toilet loose seat and unable to flush properly requiring manual filling of plastic pail to flush. Located in area where equally priced and better hotel options exist literally just steps away.
