Just outside of Urbino so nice and quiet! Beautifully curated rooms! 10 stars
Extra payment for carpark but we got a good deal on the room so okay for us-

The loose stone driveway was hard on the luggage wheels. We had to carry them about 50 meters to get to the concrete driveway. Otherwise, the accommodations and coffee/pastry was amazing in our rooms!

Location easy to arrive with car. Room was a good size, with tea and coffee facilities.
Very complicated check in, no one was there when we buzzed. The name bed "and breakfast" is misleading as there is no breakfast or breakfast room. There was a roped off access to the garage or cellar from our room which was odd. Very little information about Urbino and what to do there.
