Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man benötigt und man kann gut kochen wenn man das möchte. Das Bad hat eine funktionierende Dusche und der Wasserdruck ist angenehm. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer roch anfangs etwas, war insgesamt aber sehr angenehm. Die Kissen sind sehr, sehr dünn und entsprechend gewöhnungsbedürftig. Meine Frau konnte nicht darauf schlafen und wir mussten uns anders behelfen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Es hat keinen großen Benefit nicht in der Nähe des Wassers zu sein, schadet aber auch nicht. Alles muss mit dem Auto erledigt werden.

Die Gastgeber wirken nicht wirklich freundlich und herzlich. Es ist alles auf Abstand gehalten. Das ist nicht unbedingt schlecht, aber selbst wenn man gesehen hat wie sie selbst im Garten herumgelaufen sind, wurde der Blick in unsere Richtung bewusst gemieden, was ich als merkwürdig erachtet habe. Es muss kein Gespräch stattfinden, aber die allererste Nachricht die man bekommt ist nicht "Hallo, schön dass du das bist" sondern "READ CAREFULLY" und dementsprechend zog es sich durch mit dem gesamten Kontakt. Wir hatten die Kurtaxe vergessen hinzugelegen. (Ich dachte meine Frau hat es erledigt, meine Frau dachte ich hätte es erledigt) Dann sind wir über Nacht losgefahren und ich habe mein berufliches Handy 2 Tage auf der Arbeit liegen lassen. In der Zeit hat die Unterkunft mich 5x angerufen und 3 Whatsapp Nachrichten geschickt. (Samstag und Sonntag) und mich am Sonntagabend dann bei Booking.com gemeldet. Etwas übertrieben, wobei keine einzige Nachricht über Booking.com verschickt wurde. Der Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden. Falls dies nicht gewünscht ist, kann man sich an eine viel befahrene Straße stellen. Und wahrscheinlich kommentiert "La casetta" meine Nachricht, weil unter den negativen Bewertungen der Unterkunft wird sich immer gerechtfertigt und die Schuld weggeschoben. Das heißt auf Kulanz kann man bei den Gastgebern kaum hoffen.

La maison est propre moderne et bien équipé. Parfait pour une famille. La climatisation est un vrai plus ! Le quartier est calme, le cadre au milieu des vignes est super. La maison est bien positionnée pour visiter la région. Vraiment nous sommes très contente de notre séjour à la casetta, nous le recommandons les yeux fermés 😊

1 bed apt with kitchen as advertised. Enough space.

1. Black mould infested, couple cm worth around base of shower box. Ugh! I skipped showering in AM. Too gross to step in. 2. Strong chemical smell on bedding, towels and in the home possibly from "potpourri" or so called essential oils. Is it the 1950s and the wonders of chemistry? Does owner not realize chemical stink is unpleasant too many, especially those with smell sensitivities and allergies? In the middle of the country, by a vineyard and the "decorative" indoor plants are plastic??? Environmental sense, zero. Aesthetic sense, zero. I cannot sleep with my nose presses against a pillow that reeks of some noxious detergent smell. Perhaps the owners would consider fragrance free, or low fragrance detergent? 3. Last, despite location in countryside, parking is at extra cost. Really? What is offered is a spot behind a locked gate, down a ramp below ground level. Very inconvenient access and exit. Useless. The paid spot despite parking at the family owned vineyard beside, and a large entrance area. Specifically told NOT to park there. If one doesn't accept paying for the very inconvenient parking, one is told to park on the roadside. But it's a heavily trafficked country road with lots of gravel roadside. Not secure. In sum, could be a decent apt but for mould infested shower base (mould loves plastic — try installing a glass shower box), the chemical smells throughout, and the quite inconvenient parking. Parking should be included in the base price, especially in the country. But I still would not have parked in the inconvenient location provided. Last, the minor "local tax" is asked for in cash! So one has to go find loose change. More inconvenience. Just add the tax to the Booking price. Haven't used cash for years. Every bar, restau, supermarket, store, etc etc in Italy and through the EU has a debit machine, for cards or phone wallets. Join the 21st Century.
