About this apartment rental
Recently renovated, the apartment is located in the heart of the Valpolicella hills. Its red wine production is very well famous all over the world. Anche It is close to the Sacred Heart, Don Calabria Hospital.
Valpolicella Hills will offer you a relaxing stay.
The apartment is composed by a bedroom, a living room with the kitchen and a bath room.
In the bedroom there are a double bed and two single beds, one of Which can be used immediately and the other can be prepared on request as the bed is located underneath the other bed.
The living room is furnished with a couch Which can become another double bed, a 40 inches screen TV, a DVD player, a fire place, an extensible table with four chairs (two blackberries chairs are available on request) and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air-condition.
The bath room has a toilet, a bidet, a mirror, a wash-stand with two drawers and a shower cabinet.
Guests facilities
Our guests can use all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and etc.) in the kitchen. Linens and towels are prepared in the rooms and iron is also available in the wardrobe.
The apartment is surrounded by a large garden. An outdoor rounded table with a parasol and chairs is available. The swimming pool opens in the summer time only (usually from June to September) and is available for the guests free of charge and all day long. For an additional fee and only During certain hours of the day, it is disponibile anche tennis court with synthetic grass (information on request).

The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the city of Negrar, known and Recognized for its red wine "Amarone" and "Recioto", its vineyards and its famous wine cellars. Nearby you can reach with a nice walk or by car lots of wine cellars where you can taste the wine and, if you want, you can by directly from the wine producers. About 2kms away from the apartment you will find the center of the village with supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, banks, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, bars, take-away pizza and various shops. Negrar anche is known for its hospital "Sacro Cuore Don Calabria".
Getting around
From Negrar, it takes about 20 minutes by car to get Verona historic center and about 30 minutes Garda Lake.
Our house is located in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations in the Veneto region.
You can reach Aquarden in 15 min, amusement parks on Lake Garda (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland, Parco Natura Viva, etc.) in half an hour, Sigurta Park, Valeggio, Mantua in 45 minutes. You can reach Trento and Padua in an hour, and Venice and Milan in two hours.
