Domus Cariana

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Domus Cariana. The property has a very special atmosphere – a beautiful historic house dating back to the 1700s, carefully restored while preserving its original character and charm. Everything was exceptionally clean, peaceful and very well maintained. Giovanni is a wonderful host, extremely welcoming, friendly and hospitable, and he made us feel at home from the very beginning. His wines are exceptional, and we also really enjoyed the delicious products made on the property. You can truly feel the passion and care behind everything he does. The location, surrounded by vineyards and the beautiful Valpolicella countryside, is fantastic. One of our favorite places was the terrace at the back of the house – perfect for sitting in the evening with a glass of wine, relaxing and enjoying a good conversation in complete peace. The architecture, the history of the house, the beautiful interiors, the cleanliness, the tranquility and Giovanni’s hospitality made this a truly memorable stay. We would definitely come back!

Such a lovely peaceful location in the vineyard. You can relax outside and there's an honesty bar for wine and snacks. Great staff and a short walk to the village.

Fantastic charming accommodation amongst a vineyard. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quaint and the place feels authentic. Breakfast was great. Wish we stayed longer than a night. Close enough to attractions like Verona and lake Garda

Wonderful location, surrounded by vineyards, with a small village just a short walk away. Spacious, historic and characterful property, spotlessly clean and great breakfast with loads of choice. Lovely staff and even an honesty bar so you can sample the wines they make. Really relaxing and peaceful and short drive from wonderful Verona.

If it had a pool it would be paradise - otherwise no issues at all.
