Excellent location Great staff Breakfast was tasty
One of the days the cleaners did not clean the room despite having the please clean my room sigh as instructed But was given some new towel straight away. Air con was on but the room was little warm

Great location, breakfast excellent, room and bathroom spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.
It's in the heart of everything and therefore can be very noisy at night, make sure the windows are tightly shut and ear plugs are provided (should you want to use them).

Location was perfect, right in the centre of old town. Restaurants, attractions, convenience stores. Easy walking distance to bus/train stations. Comfortable room with good amenities, 2 lovely big floor-ceiling windows, good WiFi, Netflix on TV. Very prompt response by Marek after I WhatsApp him, when we had A/C problems late on the 3rd & 4th nights. On the last night, he personally came to apologise to us but informed us that with the ambient high temp. Krakow was experiencing, the Air Con just couldn't cope well. Efficient & helpful staff and plenty of ice during the hot days.
Air Con didn't work on our last 2 nights, but Marek immediately acted even late at night. He did manage to rectify the situation on our 3rd night so we did have cool air however, despite his efforts, the A/C didn't really work on our last night. Having said that, we were in Krakow during the intense heatwave with high 30's degrees celsius.
