It was quite hard to find. There isn't a sign. But it's the concrete steps that are directly opposite the buddha statue.

Very clean and neat. I felt very well taken care of. It’s great for its value. They change up the breakfast everyday , which is cute.
Make sure you prepare cash to pay for your stay. A lil steep if you want to walk, but tuktuk will be fine.

The place is an apartment with a few bed rooms, a common living room and an outdoor area with a beautiful view of the city. My bed room was clean with clean and fresh paint. The breakfast was good.
The room was right next to the small house kitchen. It was a super small room with no table or chair to work. One has to climb many stairs to reach the place from the road. If you have a suitcase (like I did) it can a bit difficult.
