Mount Palace offered a wonderful and peaceful stay with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and city. The location was perfect for relaxing while still being close to the main attractions in Kandy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The balcony and dining area provided stunning scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. Overall, the property provided excellent hospitality and great value for money.
There was very little to dislike about the property. A few minor upgrades to the facilities could enhance the overall experience even further. However, everything was clean, well organized, and the staff ensured a comfortable stay.

The view was amazing. Tranquil, quiet, birds everywhere singing all day. Absolutely magical.
It was perfect, the staff were so accommodating offering an AC room because I am a foreigner, their generosity was amazing and the hospitality was professional and kind.

The view was so nice to night and early mornings. That brings lot of O2 and calm our mind
The parking space is not enough for cars. It disturbed my peace of mind every time we have to call someone and ask move some other vehicle to take our vehicle out. Or we have to come all the way down to move our vehicle to take some one’s vehicle. The road is narrow and edge is a slope to dien(hell ) so that was discomfort all the time
