Blue Mosque Suites-Old City Sultanahmet

Staying here was perfect for our short trip to Istanbul! The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and even the Bosphorus promenade. There are restaurants and shops right around the corner (a bit pricey though), but we found cheaper spots just a few streets away. Also, there’s a supermarket (SOK) near the Blue Mosque where you can shop at normal prices. The apartment itself is small but just right for our family of three. The bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, the sofa is a bit short but okay, The ceiling is indeed pretty low, but it didn’t bother us at all. The bathroom—with its heated floors and walls—was amazing, and the terrace with its incredible views of the Bosphorus and Blue Mosque was a highlight. Everything was clean, neat, and decorated with charming Turkish ornaments. Our host, Kubilay, was really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the little baklava treats that came with the cleaning service 😊. All in all, a wonderful base for exploring Istanbul with the family!

The terrace furniture was a bit worn but perfectly usable.

The best part is it’s location. Most of the tourist attractions are in walking distance and the area felt safe when staying with family and kid. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping ladies come everyday and are very friendly.

Some hiccups but are negligible for few days of stay. The price seem little higher for the property.

Perfect location to see all the sights. Well equipped, excellent and kind host. Lots of nice touches i.e fresh fruit, baklava & lokum every day. Quiet even though in the centre of the tourist area.
