Very good location, only 5 mins from the metro Porta Romana and 2 stops to Duomo station. Clean, nice room. Very small though and not possible for 2 people to stay, but for solo traveler is perfect. Too bad that there are construction works outside and the window is blocked and there is a lot of dust and it’s quite dark because of it. But the apartment has everything you need, washing machine included and I really enjoyed my time there.
The sofa bed is honestly horrible. And there are some problems with the sink in the bathroom and the water flows behind it. Better to fix it.

Communication with host was excellent, host took care of check-in and everything was almost on time.
Air conditioning works perfectly.
Bed is very uncomfortable and noisy, it cracks with every little movement. On the pictures room looks bigger than in reality, after unfolding bed there's a little space to move. It should be enough if you stay there only for sleeping, if you want to rest or eat, it may be inconvenient.
Neighborhood might be noisy especially at nights at the weekends.
