This semi-detached, well-maintained property is in the grounds of the owner's home. The kitchenette included a Washer/Dryer which enabled us to catch up with our washing having been travelling around Ireland for 2 weeks. There is a good shower room. There is a private area of the garden for guests from which there are superb views over the lake & mountains. Loungers, firepit & BBQ are available for guest use. Phil, the owner, is friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.

Good room and shared facilities. I am sure in normal circumstances it would be a lovely quiet location and good base.
Lack of good guidance on kitchen use. No instruction given for coffee machine-all guest couldn't make it work. A shared fridge/kitchen so assumed food/snacks not for our use. Lack of advice on local eateries etc. No local info or maps etc A shared lounge facility was taken over by one guest who slept very noisily on the sofa all night with considerable disturbance!
