A real gem of a property , superb in every way

Excellent stay all round.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous location with a bus stop and direct slope access approx. 200 metres from the property. An added benefit was having Rond Point bar adjacent to the property. Will definitely be returning in the very near future

good position, but the main reason i booked was closed

location, and the room was nice, warm, functional

the main reason i booked these apartments was due to the fact they were attached to the hotel, so we could use the restaurant, bar, spa, hot tub etc, also the games area for the kids, as per most aparthotel setups. When we arrived the place was in darkness and we were told that the hotel was closed for renovation and had been for 2 years. I would not have booked this apartment if i had known this. The website still shows images of the bar, restaurant, pool table etc etc. I feel that I was misled by the images completley, and will be emailing booking.com, and contacting trading standards to see where i stand re false advertising of this holiday

great location. but the service was ordinary and staff were very inexperienced.

the location was fantastic. easy to get to snow and lifts.

we thought we would be able to use the spa and facilities but we weren’t allowed to. it was an extra charge. inexperienced staff charged us for an extra night, that we didn’t have and we had already paid up front

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, lovely staff!

the location was excellent, lovely bar and lounge area. apartment was amazing and balcony was beautiful. gorgeous scenery. restaurant food was delicious and very accommodating. slopes were incredibly close and very convenient. we all enjoyed the pool table and that was accessible through apartment or hotel. the size of rooms were really good and en-suite in every room!

we were in the apartments and many facilities were linked to the hotel. the hotel closed half way through our week and we had no access to jacuzzi, bar and ski locker warmers were all closed/turned off

Every thing!!! Best place ever. The apartment was perfect very big and very comfortable and Very clean!!! We arrived early morning and they made the apartment ready for us!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Lovely family ski holiday

Apartment big and comfortable and close to slopes - only 2 minute walk down a road but often icy -frequent free bus to village ( beware it only runs once an hour after 10pm) 3 bathrooms in apartment all with baths

Manager grumpy - WiFi rubbish -not ski in ski out very close and not far to walk but it isn’t ski in/ out - despite showing pics of hot tub when we we booked we were not allowed to use it as it hotel guests, merely renting an apartment ? It’s the same building so can’t see what the problem was - 3 bathrooms in apartment but only one with shower screen so only one shower
