Pool was great, location very good, front desk staff were friendly

Communication before check-in terrible; no replies to multiple emails which was frustrating; apartment clean but poor quality and weird unpleasant sewage smell; very pokey place with a soulless vibe.

Location is excellent. Right in village centre, close to supermarket and bars and 5 min walk to the pistes.

Great location and facilities rooms were a good size and comfortable

No room cleaning service at all not even towel refresh even though we were staying for 2 weeks. We were told this was because we booked via booking.com. Also only one washer/dryer for the entire facility makes washing clothes/towels problematic

Extremely comfortable stay with good beds and you get exactly what is advertised.

Location excellent, you can order breakfast croissants etc from reception before 6pm to collect after 7am next morning, but most impressive were the reception staff who run the building. Very polite, always with a smile and incredibly helpful with any requests or problems.

the 4 days I was there no one came to clean my room even once. there was no toilet paper when I arrived which was a big issue

Thoroughly enjoyable and would highly recommend - we will be returning next year!

Breakfast was not provided but you could order things from a local bakery to collect from 7am at reception. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Having an underground parking space was good.

With us being slightly older it might have been useful to have some instructions as to how to work the oven, dishwasher and microwave! Although I know we could have asked at reception as they were very helpful indeed.

Great stay, very nice apartment in a good location.

It's an excellent building but very big so takes a bit of getting used to finding your way around. The swimming/sauna/hot tub area is good but pretty busy so not very relaxing.. more for fun.

Totally new and modern, very clean, kitchen well stocked with equipment. Superb rooms and balcony. Good swimming pool/sauna

Bit complicated to find and navigate in the beginning. Once we learned where is what, it was ok.
