About this house rental
Enjoy the fabulous Harbor/Ocean Views located in this comfortably furnished home located on the harbor in a quiet residential neighborhood just 3 blocks from Seabright Beach. Sleeps 11. Great for Couples, Families and Reunions.
It’s within walking distance to the historic Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. “Crows Nest” (a wonderful Oceanside restaurant and bar – which can be seen across the harbor from the home), “Aldo’s” (renowned for breakfast or lunch), Johnny's Harborside and many other great restaurants and nightlife are nearby. You can rent a Kayak or take a Sunset Cruise on the Chardonnay Catamaran. So many options available from this great location!
Less than 6 miles to nearby Capitola, and about 45 miles to Monterey and Carmel.
The house is approx. 2,150 sq ft and on 3 levels.
You enter on the main level where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, den, full bathroom, and deck with Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. The den can be converted to a private 4th bedroom, and has a queen size murphy bed.
Up 1 level is the master bedroom (king bed), full bath, and small balcony.
Down 1 level from the main level you will find 2 bedrooms, a large bonus/sitting area, full bathroom, washer/dryer and deck. 1st downstairs bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has a king bed & and 1 twin bed. 2 twin beds are located in a separate bonus/sitting area (not in the same King/Twin bedroom, but it was the only way to include beds without showing as an extra bedroom).
Children's Play Pen and High Chair on premises.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, 3 Cable TV’s, Washer & Dryer
Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender and Coffee Makers.
2-3 Cars may park in front of garage (depending on size of cars), and street parking may also be available (does not require a permit).

Family Friendly. We had people ranging in ages from 76 to 15. Living room and dining area was great for watching t.v., playing games (dominos are our jam) and just visiting. The sleeping arrangements were great. Lovely views and great for walks. Kitchen was very well stocked as were towels. We had a lovely stay and much needed time to decompress and visit with loved ones. Would rent again.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view, super nice that it is multiple levels so everyone kind of has their own space. The only thing I didn’t know is that it’s right next door to the yacht club who has pretty loud parties every single day from about 11 AM to 11 PM. And because they are outside on a deck it is about 50 feet from our bedroom windows which just got pretty annoying. Other than that it was 10/10 but I think visitors should probably know about the loud partying next-door every day.

Pros: amazing view of the harbor, close to beaches, boardwalk etc; most of the beds were comfortable, host dropped off more supplies when needed, kitchen cabinets and washer/dryer new
Cons: both balconies had multiple loose railings which was very stressful for little kids, lots of dust everywhere, previous party decorations were left up, they do not provide any kind of towels/hand towels/washclothes unless paid an additional fee, broken lamps, several outlets/light switches broken, master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and metal frame broken underneath, interior doors do not close all the way, bathrooms very dated, outdoor shower not functional.
