Situated on a very large lot, with a private back yard, this 6 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for 2 or 3 families, or your long-overdue family reunion. Walking distance to all of the best Santa Cruz has to offer: Cowell's Beach, the Municipal Wharf, the Boardwalk, Steamer Lane, the surfing museum and downtown Santa Cruz.
This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

Great location and 6 bedrooms for all to enjoy. Two bedrooms share the Jack and Jill bathroom and the remaining four bedrooms share the second bathroom. Host is great.
