It was a really nice flat; nothing was negative about it at all. My only worry was that the wind took the panels off outside the front window. I tried to grab them all, but I think I only got two.
The balcony, I sat out there for 3 hours after midnight watching the sea and the moon, so it's got a very good view.

Great view from 3rd floor serviced by lift. Free parking. EV charging points across road. Close to harbour on sea front. Clean and comfortable and spacious with balcony.

I liked Apt 10 as it had a balcony with sea side view. A lift going to all the floors & free parking. I think people would like the fact the main bedroom has an ensuite. The town centre is within a short walking distance
