Чистота на високому рівні, тихий район, заселення по телефону.
Квартира хоч і чиста але вже все трішки «затягане» та застаріле, рушники потрібно було б замінити вже давно, душ льє у всі боки, телевізор без ютуб, пульт від кондиціонера так і не знайшов.

Зручне розташування, тихий район, до центру можна дістатися пішки, дуже приємні господарі, швидка комунікація, допомагають у всіх ситуаціях, продумано все до дрібних деталей, це рідкість, зазвичай. Біля будинку парковка. В помешканні чисто, комфортно, затишно.
