Privāti apartamenti, 4 stāvs. Virtuves zonā viss nepieciešamais. Īpašniece operatīvi nomainīja bojāto ūdens sildāmo kannu.(tējkannu). Apartaments aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo dzīvošanai. Plašs televīzijas kanālu daudzums. Telpās klusi, var nedaudz dzirdēt augšējos kaimiņus.
Apartamentu vizuālais stāvoklis, palietots. Dušas kabīnes sienas, daļēji nav, durtiņu vietā aizkari. Visi naži nelietojami, neasi, atsevišķi bojāti. Koplietošanas koridora durvis bojātas, deformētas. Lielajā telpā maz elektrības kontaktu.

В оголошенні не було вказано, що це студія. Було просто багато фото різних квартир. Тому коли зайшла до квартири трохи розчарувалася. Також треба було попрати одяг але його не було де розвісити.
