The owner has several flats across the city so the exact address you see at the ad is not necessarily what you will get.
The location of the flat I received was: Kotsyubyns'koho Ln, 4Б
Flat is after renovation. The size is fine. Location is fantastic in walking distance from the center and also from the city market. TV, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine all functional. The host is friendly.
The house itself is quite old and the entry is typical soviet (so I was a little bit shocked but the flat itself is fine).
Because the house is old sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet.
The kitchen table was shaky.
