Freycinet Sanctuary 4

This was one of those trips where things could have gone SO WRONG, but the staff here are so accomodating, lovely, easy to communicate with it made this stay an absolute highlight. Gorgeous location with the best views. I could sit on that balcony for the rest of my life and watch the wild bunnies & birds in the front yard. Really good food around the corner (geographe is great for breakfast & dinners). Really cozy room. They had the heater turned on and music playing as we arrived which was such a gorgeous touch, made it feel so relaxing instantly. Definitely book this place if you can!

Wish we stayed longer

It was really comfortable and spacious. I had one day of very ordinary weather during the stay and it was cosy and comfortable in the house and lovely to watch the bay out of the window. The little cafe around the corner was great too and good to be able to walk around the corner for food and coffee

The driveway is steep - but you wouldn't have the view without the elevated position - overall the property was fantastic and I would book it again if I was in the area

Absolutely amazing stay. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by a beautiful mountain view, a warm cabin, and some peaceful music (what a dream). The location is perfect, with all the hikes/walks literally around the corner. You can take a stroll into the park at sunrise and spot some wildlife (we walked 10 mins to Richardson Beach)! The cabin has everything you could ask for - washing machine, stove, cooking utensils, heater. Honestly, couldn’t be better!

Location is really great for the town and national park. Size of the apartment is good. The space and the terrace overlooking the bay. You could comfortable sleep 4 with the sofa bed - however we came as a couple and felt the place seemed overpriced for just the two of us.

Photos of the balcony / terrace misleading, you are overlooking in to another lodge. Washing machine did not work and took 2 messages to chase up support. An offer to send someone to fix it was done late on our final day which wasn't helpful. Be warned you receive a key access code 10 minutes before your check in but the area we found to have v poor signal. The apartment is definitely less modern than the photos suggested so it didn't match expectations.
