Location. We enjoyed a beer on the balcony.
It was a bit hard to find, but the staff were very helpful.

Able to get warm and cosy and the place was light and bright.

It’s showing its age and really needs some modernisation
The view is definitely impacted by the property in front, more than we appreciated from the images.
Property is also for sale which we learnt from the board outside!
Zero flexibility on check-in, and the only property of many we’ve stayed in Tassie that was 3pm but still has a 10am check-out.
As others have mentioned very steep driveway to access.
We experienced some noise from the public footpath which runs beside the property and we don’t recall it being mentioned on the listing. It runs close to the bedroom and was quite disturbing late at night. Not the owners fault but still an issue for us.
