The location was great overlooking the water and only 100 metres from general store and a couple of food restaurants. Only 10 minutes by car from Freycinet Visitors centre and slightly more to the Wineglass Bay carpark. The apartment was spacious enough for our few days stay with a great deck to sit at each afternoon.
It was rather dated but still had what was necessary to enjoy our stay. It would have been much better if the fridge was full sized instead of bar sized. A few mozzies were in the apartment and I think they came through the window in the bathroom. Maybe all the fly screen mesh in the apartment needs to be a smaller gauge. It was OK for us but some visitors may not like having to step up and into a small bathroom base to shower. The step up was approx knee height.

Loved the balcony to sit and watch the boat harbour comings and goings. Great location for fish and chips, ice creamery and shop.
Close to the park
Checkin not til 3pm. Most unusual as its usually 2pm everywhere else.Although clean enough, it felt tired and unloved. Lots of dead weeds, mismatched utensils and pots.

Fabulous location, perfect for a couple of nights stay. The two electric heaters and underfloor heating were much appreciated.
General store, cafe, ice-creamery/fish n chips just around corner.

Location and views
Very poor amenities eg cooking facilities,pots and pans,uncomfortable lounge, weedy unkept front garden. Overall not at all well presented.
