Location was exceptional which made our stay absolutely worthwhile.
Could do with a deep clean. Beds were very firm and couches uncomfortable.

Great location close to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and walking trail along Richardson Beach to Freycinet Lodge for lunch/dinner. Spacious. Good ventillation.

The location
Maintenance was poor, fire alarm in the main bedroom had been removed with a date of 2020 for renewal, 2 out of 3 lamps in the kitchen area had been removed & not replaced, the bbq gas cylinder was left virtually empty which meant it ran out & we couldn’t bbq on night 2 despite them being informed early morning & couldn’t replace in time for us - very disappointing. (Our next booking had left a spare gas cylinder for the bbq should we run out). In short, fantastic location, poorly maintained & overall tired. Removal of the smoke alarm was just dangerous.
