Its location.
In-room phone didn’t work. Neither did the Internet connection in the room. Also, housekeeping came in the last day of our stay while we were out, and in the process of refilling the shampoo bottles, broke the adhesive that kept the bottles attached to the wall. It fell on my foot when I jumped into shower. There was a random fire alarm that went off in the hotel, but no fire. Had to walk down 32 floors for a false alarm.

poor breakfast, views were good but not excellent, lobby on ground floor very small. Expensive for what we got

I liked the location for the reason I was there. The bed was comfortable and the room was a great size.
The staff were fine, not super nice but fine. Bedding was not soft and we asked for a room cleaning and they didn’t come until 5:00pm. At that time we needed our room, so that was disappointing. Also, having breakfast included is nice but on paper plates with plastic utensils was insulting.
