offering breakfast and staff there was very good at keeping food available with a smile.
I guess its under renovating in some areas- thats why the name courtyard- residence

Room was spacious and included a small kitchenette; the breakfast that was included was tasty and ample.
Only one staff member was at the front desk upon arrival at midnight, making the wait very long. If this hadn't occured, this hotel would rate a 10+ for all factors!

Great location that is within a short walk of the Fulton Street subway station and many attractions in lower Manhattan. We had a sliver of a view of the East River from our room. The room had a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The location is in a quieter area of the city, which helped us get a restful night’s sleep.
The price was in line with other area hotels, but a couple nights add up quickly.
