We liked pretty much everything-this was the best place we stayed at in all of Taiwan. Mio Pen was an incredible host! She went out of her way to help us book day trips, find taxis to cart us around etc. She made breakfast every morning and it was always gorgeously presented. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. There is a lot to do around Taitung if you have someone to help you get there! The place was clean and bright and really comfortable. Mio Pen used a translator app that actually worked very well and once we started to use WhatsApp it was even better.
