Room is clean and spacious. Hotel provided free afternoon tea, cocktail, and access to spa/pool. The room had welcome snacks, water, local coffee which we really liked. We also really appreciated the kimonos in the room as we have not encountered this service in Taiwan before. Front desk staff and restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. They can speak English.
We couldn’t use the spa/pool because we didn’t have a swimming cap. They do not rent to guests and make you spend money and buy at the hotel gift shop which is overpriced. Staff at the spa/pool are not friendly.
We noticed and pointed out there were other guests that looked like gangsters who didn’t have swimming caps inside and why they are allowed when we are not. They just said Meiguanxi. A bit unfair treatment.

Hot springs and the swimming pool was very nice, and the free afternoon tea for guests was great.
Gift shop staff wasn’t that friendly , but room service staff were very helpful and nice to us, and also the game room might need some upgrades.

we stayed here for 5 days but for the first 3 days, the breakfast were all the same.
and we found a cockroach in the room…
