    Located 5 minutes from Kenting Main Street and across Xiao Wan beach with a connecting tunnel. The hotel has a pool, indoor water playground, arcade, coin laundromat and good spread of breakfast buffet. The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff, Mr Fang, noted on my concern of the room that I had unknowingly booked was far from lobby and meant for guest with pets, he took the initiative to change my room to the main building. The hotel also provide transport to Zuoying High Speed Rail which is a great convenience. A highly recommended hotel for a vacation, we will definitely return.

    Liked: The staff are fantastic and the family amenities are great. Huge room, great indoor kids' club, on-site water park, a gym, and private beach access. The layout makes traveling with kids easy. Disliked: This hotel is completely frozen in time and massively overpriced. It is extremely dated, and while they charge 5-star luxury prices, you get cheap 3-star bathroom amenities (no lotion or conditioner, terrible soap). Plus, absolutely everything requires an extra fee. The buffet was underwhelming—the food was lukewarm and the selection felt ancient. It’s peak summer in Taiwan, yet the fruit selection was just apples, guava, and tomatoes instead of seasonal local fruits. It was probably a spectacular luxury resort when it first opened, but it needs a serious face-lift to justify current prices.

    It is a wonderful and relaxing place for family in all age: big outdoor swimming pool, exciting indoor water slides and secret channel go to beach. Of course the location is great within 10 minutes walking distance to Kenting street, night market.

    We found many molds in the shower grouts. The room temperature was too hot for the early summer. We had to ask two extra fans to cool us down.
