About this cottage rental
Located in the center of the village and one hour from Madrid, La Balconada de la Molinera is the ideal starting point to get to know this area in the northern vertex of the Sierra de Guadarrama Natural Park.
From the house you can get lost in the streets of Prádena and breathe the mountain and pure air, tinged only by the smoke that gives off the wood from the chimneys.
Our house dates from 1806 according to the lintel of the balcony, has been rehabilitated so that whoever visits us enjoys comfort but without renouncing the charm of an authentic town house.
It is a very cozy house with a decoration in which the taste for details prevails.
It has capacity for 6 people, if they are more consult and option to a cradle.

La Balconada de la Molinera es un sitio especial, mucho más aún que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Miguel nos puso todas las facilidades del mundo, atento y disponible ante cualquier duda.
La casa está completamente equipada y no le falta detalle alguno. Además de una potente calefacción tiene una chimenea que ha dado un toque navideño a estos días de Navidad que hemos pasado en familia.
Volveremos seguro. Mil gracias por todo.

Tanto la casa como el entorno son muy agradables, el trato de los propietarios y la persona que limpia la casa excepcional, la casa está situada a unos 15 m. andando de las Cuevas de Enebralejos, hay visita guiada y a los niños les encantará, y a la salida del pueblo hay un parque natural rodeado de arboles y mesas de picnic estupendo, además de un bosque de acebos impresionante! Además se come estupendamente en cualquiera de los bares del pueblo y te preparan cordero o cabrito para llevar
