About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful vacation in our cozy townhouse, perfect for families or groups of friends. The home features a beautiful garden and a wonderful indoor pool, perfect for swimming and relaxing any time of year.
The house has a warm and functional atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace that also heats the first floor in winter. In addition, the house is equipped with propane gas heaters and electric radiators to ensure your comfort in any season.
Going up the stairs, you’ll reach the first floor, which features 5 bedrooms (1 double and 4 singles) and a full bathroom with a shower. Upon request, we can add extra beds to the single rooms, allowing us to comfortably accommodate 10 or 11 guests. We also have 1 crib and 1 bed rail to install on a bed for infants.
In the garden, everything is set up for enjoying time outdoors: a barbecue, table, and chairs for all guests. In addition, there is an extra bathroom next to the pool, and you can enjoy a hot shower right in the pool.
The setting is wonderful; it’s located at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama on the Segovia side. This makes summers less hot than in Madrid. It’s a very quiet village, with 2 bars and 1 restaurant. It’s perfect for taking lovely walks in the surrounding area along the Cañada Real, where you’ll find cows and horses along the trails. It’s also very close to charming towns such as Navafría, Pedraza, the city of Segovia, Riaza, Sepúlveda, La Pinilla, and others.
