The house is fully equipped and located in a quiet, safe residential area.
It has a private pool, open from May through October, where you can cool off.
Caraquiz is a lively and active community, located 45 minutes from downtown Madrid and the airport.
To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of your vacation home, we’ve established some rules and guidelines that we ask you to read carefully. Thank you!
Important information:
- The house is located in a safe residential area, making it ideal for enjoying time with family and friends.
- A private security service patrols the area to ensure peace and quiet; failure to comply with the rules may result in fines. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to host noisy parties or events involving alcohol consumption, especially at night.
- Once you have left the property, we will inspect the general condition of the house (cleanliness and any damage) and check the inventory (kitchen utensils, appliances, hair dryer, etc.).
Winter season:
- You can adjust the heating temperature using the smart thermostat located in the living room.
- You may use the fireplace while you are in the house. The smoke detectors will activate if they detect smoke. Please be careful not to overload the fireplace with firewood to prevent accidents; the fireplace door must remain closed, and the fire must be extinguished whenever you leave the house. Please dispose of the cooled ashes in the outdoor container located on the terrace (see photo).
- Access to the boiler room is prohibited for safety reasons. If any problems arise, please contact us via the Airbnb messaging system.
Summer season:
- A technician is responsible for pool maintenance. For safety reasons, please do not tamper with the filtration system. Please contact us via the Airbnb messaging system if any problems arise.
- The plants are watered automatically; however, you’ll need to turn on the faucet to water the lawn or use the pool shower.
- For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool.
General Information:
- For hygiene reasons and to prevent allergies, pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds, nor are they allowed in the bedrooms.
- Please do not flush wet wipes, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet to prevent clogs and unpleasant odors.
- To make our cleaning staff’s job easier, please do not leave spoiled or dried-out food in the refrigerator.
- To maintain a comfortable temperature in the house during the summer heat or winter cold, please keep the windows closed and the blinds down when you leave.
- Be careful when raising the blinds; if you pull them too hard or too quickly, they could come off their tracks.
- To help protect the environment, please turn off the lights, fans, and heat before leaving the property.
- Outdoor furniture may remain in the garden, but chairs and other indoor furniture must be kept inside to prevent damage.
