Location, cleanness, camera size.
The fridge was not working and the camera could use a refresh. There were stains on the walls and the furniture was chipped.

The room was very nice. Large room with fantastic shower. There were tea and coffee facilities, aswell as a small fridge which is topped up daily with bottles of water. There is a safe.. Large ceilings and windows. We loved it.
The tv was ok but WiFi was poor so constantly drops out when trying to watch anything on the smart tv. However we didn’t use it much. Few marks on the walls and curtains but did not stop us from enjoying the room

Very close to metro station and piazza del Popolo for easy access to the rest of the city. Room was a good size and staff was friendly. Free water (sparkling and still) provided daily.
Mold in the bathrooms, coffee machine needed to be de-scaled, and some dust.
