    Initially got a room that had been smoked in and smelled bad. Staff was very nice and prompt in changing our room to a non-smoking room.

    The price is so affordable. With this price, we can get a clean and large room and the facilities are good. The place is also near the MRT station. The staff are super friendly.

    I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located next to the MRT, making it easier for me to travel back and forth to the hospital. Since I needed a night of rest, I booked it through Agoda without realizing it was a pet-friendly hotel. When I checked in, the room had a strong odor that was difficult for me to tolerate. If you’re not sensitive to pets dander or dust mites, this might not be an issue, but I have severe allergies to both, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The hallway was carpeted and covered in hairballs, with large stains throughout. The shower had mold, and in the room, there was a large metal stand permanently attached to the floor—we had no idea what it was for. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were disappointing. If you have pet or dust mite allergies or expect a higher standard of hygiene, I would not recommend staying here.
