    Make sure you keep your phone with you if you are stepping out of the main door as the access code could change any time without warning and you could be locked out. You need to contact them to get the new code. This is what happened to me and I kept trying thinking that I was doing something wrong. Eventually when I contacted them and said what was happening, I just received a new number. No explanation. When I complained about it, they said that they didn't have my contact details to let me know although we have been communicating earlier. The post said bottle water provided but no water in the room. When I asked, I was told to fill up my own bottle at level one. I stayed for 4 nights and needed cleaning. I put the provide card out on the door but no cleaning was done. The owner has done a good job but the management was very bad.

    Although the location is a bit away from the city center, it’s more convenient than I thought— since the city is quite spread out. The room is clean, it’s nice to have a washing machine, and everything else work. It is one of those remote controlled check-in, so it takes a bit more planning beforehand. The operator tries pretty hard to be responsive and helpful, so if you give her a bit of lead time , things would work out well.
