    I book Deluxe Family room and paid confirm, while arrival check-in, property said it should be superior family room, and instead even I show them the booking detail and pics. It makes me fell fraud like. Property ask me check with Agoda indifferent, and there was no any solution after I check with Agida

    Unfortunately, my stay at Highness Hotel was quite disappointing despite the room being clean and generally free of dust. I booked a room with one double bed and one single bed and requested five additional pillows. The hotel was only able to provide three more pillows and informed me that any additional pillows would require an extra charge for washing or cleaning. I have stayed at many hotels before and have never encountered this type of charge for extra pillows. I also requested a room on a lower floor. When I wanted to change rooms, even though I had not used or even touched the bed, I was told that I would need to pay a NTD 600 cleaning fee. I found this unreasonable, especially since the room had not been used. Another issue was bottled water. When I asked for additional bottles, I was told they would cost NTD 30 per bottle. This felt overly restrictive for a hotel stay. In addition, the sensor/control panel on the wall was not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. What made the experience more disappointing was the attitude of a staff member who appeared to be a manager and was wearing a black coat. I found the manner of communication rather unfriendly, and there seemed to be very little willingness to discuss the matter, work something out, or show any flexibility regarding our requests. The only positive point I can mention is that the hotel was clean and there was no noticeable dust. However, the numerous extra charges, lack of flexibility, and unfriendly service made the overall experience unpleasant, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

    We stayed for a night after arriving Taichung. It was a pleasant one night stay. It is quite an old building so the interior is old. The cleanliness could be improved. there are stained on the walls in the toilet. the bed sheets are also have some smell. Checking in and out was very quick and smooth.

    The AC in the room could not be adjusted. Soo it’s not comfortable sleeping there during the night Does not provide soap slipper, toothpaste etc.
