    The room is not bad for what I paid, but there are so many things that could/should be better but due to poor management, they are just not, and ANNOYING. Here you go: 1. I am 70 yrs old and travel all my life around the world. I stayed in 5-star and 1-star properties. I have never stayed in any hotel that does not have power outlets in the bathroom. When I make inquiry, the front desk staff said it was for "safety reasons". I use water pik which requires outlet next to the sink. They finally got me an extension cord so I can plug in the outlet for the bidet (I guess no safety issues there) 2. Washer and Dryer. Nice Whirlpool washer & dryer. They charge about USD 2 to wash which is fair, but the Signs posted next the machine is confusing and misleading. Then I start using the dryer, which doesn't produce enough heat. I had a medium load and after 70 minutes on High Heat, my clothes are still not completely dry. 3. No lobby, just a small check-in area. 4. Front desk is NOT 24-hours (8am-11pm) 5. TV. The hotel uses a third party service which is TERRIBLE. Each time I watch Netflix I had to re-sign in.

    There were so many mosquitoes in our room. We couldn’t fall asleep until 5:30am because we were busy trying to catch them. There were over 30 mosquitoes caught one night! Also, a lot of people seem to book rooms in this hotel to party. There were so many people screaming and shouting and partying on our floor, until 4am, until we knocked on their door. Knowing this, the hotel should make the rooms better sound proofed. Overall, I DO NOT recommend.
