The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is great for the Golden Temple, less than 2 mins walk. The hotel room was quiet, which meant we slept really well.
There was no view from the room, just a brick wall. Which is fine if you know that in advance. I had requested a view. The room was clean, but the floor needed a sweep. The 'dining room' is a windowless cellar! We asked for our breakfast in the room. Breakfast was average. I should mention they did switch my room for a window with some daylight.

Tout le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Efficacité et simplicité pour le check-lin et out. Mention spéciale+++. J'ai été accueilli avant l'heure dans ma chambre et on m'a autorisé à y laisser les bagages de mes amis qui partaient le soir même 🙏🙏🙏. Je conseille et je reviendrai sans doute avant de quitter l'Inde. Stéphane

Management should be more careful
I lost my phone in the hotel room I complained to the management and told them against a specific staff whom I doubted But they didn't take any proper action This is very much disappointing
