The location, the property and staff were fantastic
The shower in our room. The wet room concept is great but with a fixed shower head, it wasn’t practical and got messy quick.

Breakfast is amazing, both the food and especially the view and ambiance. Beach pool at Z Hotel is amazing as well. Staff is extremely attentive and kind. Very good location, right on the beach, close to market, restaurants, diving and tour boats. Honeymoon package was a free couples massage that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Dirty beach with lots of sargassum, room phone not working.

I really liked the location and the rooms
I didn’t like that the hotel has two separate facilities and that to go to the other ones you literally have to step on the streets, I feel like that’s not disclosed. I feel like it should have at least an elevator. My other issues are with the surroundings.
