It’s alright but needs adjustment

Room was spacious

The hotel is not located on the beachfront as advertised, it’s about a 20-minute walk to reach the shore. The breakfast offered no options for guests with dietary intolerances, which was disappointing. During our stay, the elevator was out of service, and we were in the top floor.. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation: the windows could not be opened to allow fresh air in, and the bathroom had no window or ventilation system, making the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

Fridge was not gold. No Windows in room. Garden was poor, no nice place for hang in out. Only place for smokers.

Lovely host

The check-in was easy. The room for the price really good. The host was super nice and friendly and there were many parking spaces. We didn‘t assume breakfast for this price, it was ok but not crazy good, but as I said we didn‘t assume so it was fine!

Really good accommodation with nice staff and good rooms.

We could have a late check in and the staff was super helpful. The room was really nice and tidy with a nice balcony. Our bikes could be stored in a closed container in the garden. Breakfast was also really good and the check out process was super easy (just dropping the room card into a box). I can recommend this place.

Easy to park. Very clean. Aircon worked really well. Breakfast was nice but basic. Cheese. Meat. Fresh bread. Coffee. 10 minute walk to beach. 15 minute walk to. Old Town

Bellissima esperienza a Cittanova d’Istria-Novigrad. Consigliato

La struttura è sempre stata pulita, ordinata e accogliente. La camera era piccola ma munita di tutto il necessario, per cui per 4 giorni di vacanza è stata comunque comoda. Il frigo presente in camera è stato comodo per poter rinfrescare le bevande. L'aria condizionata è stata molto utile e necessaria e anche la presenza di un piccolo phone per asciugarsi i capelli. La camera veniva riordinata e pulita ogni giorno. Presenza di parcheggio gratuito davanti la struttura. La colazione era abbastanza ricca di svariate pietanze, forse poteva essere arricchita con più dolci.

La camera non possedeva un posto apposito in cui stendere eventuali teli da mare da asciugare. La porta-finestra (abbastanza grande) non era munita di grate anti-ladro e zanzariera ma solo di tapparelle. Assenza di bidet.
