房間及浴室均無對外窗通風，室內較暗。（有一個窗戶打開以後外層是以玻璃固定無法開啟）

坪數大小換算房價，超優的。早餐可吃到自家烘培品^_^
房前通道便利性可改善，托大行李廂不便，途經熱水器區域可再美化環境。

客房空間很大，早餐很豐富 我們提早到了，但因為客房還在整理，提早整理結束有讓我們提早半個小時入住
入住時發現有前位客人留下的頭髮一撮（廁所淋浴間）觀感不佳，另外房間門的鑰匙是用喇叭鎖，門的內側有簡單的門栓，如果是單身女性安全性比較不足 冷氣機是窗型冷氣，因為台東比較熱，我們有開到25度聲音比較大一點，是新型的冷氣 雖有借用的腳踏車，但沒有維護保養，我們騎的時候前輪跟後輪都已經需要打氣了，騎乘自行車有聲音（我們自己打氣才有辦法騎），建議可以每週或三天維護管理

房間隔局太差 衛浴空間整新過 但整體而言顯陳舊
