Good location, easy parking. Rooms were a good size. Comfortable mattresses. Strong water pressure. Well equipped kitchen
Balcony did not appear to have been cleaned. No welcome pack.

The location was fabulous for visiting the key gardens eg Eden Project, Heligan and Trebah. Very walkable to Charlestown with supermarkets nearby. Parking for 1 car was handy. Bed was comfortable.
The settees in the living room were very deep and not comfortable. The towels were small so if you like a fluffy bath sheet do bring your own as we did. A basic welcome pack tea/coffee/ milk would be a nice addition.
