    Their air conditioning is central. It is either in "heating mode" or "cooling mode". The hotel posted signs all over saying that if you don't like it, turn it off. Five of the six nights i was there, it was it heating mode and the room was insanely hot (with the AC off) and i was miserable.

    I have stayed at this hotel chain many times at other parts of Japan. They offer free breakfast and the rooms are well equipped for business, couple and solo travelers. There was a bit of walking distance from Kanda Station, but as hotel prices continue to increase in Tokyo, this hotel remains a good choice.

    I could not speak more highly of the staff. They are friendly, they are helpful, they are accommodating, everything one would want in hotel staff where you would stay. The property desperately needs upgrading as the bedding, rooms are all VERY VERY plain and bare minimum. The beds were not comfortable, and the air was very dry. The temperature can not be controlled in room, and when I went to the bathroom at night I saw a cockroach. Sorry but that makes it a hard pass for me. Which is sad because the price and location was pretty good too. Oh, pass on the breakfast it was probably the most underwhelming food I had in my entire trip to Japan. With such a great staff I think the owner needs to put some money into the property and he could have a really good facility.
