Squeaky clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood - mind Verona buses!

(1) The apartment was squeaky clean. This is Priority 1 for me and I could confirm that it was so clean I felt like being at home. (2) The hosts paid attention to every little detail and thus provided everything one would need, from the ingredients ready in the kitchen (salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee, even cold bottles of water in the fridge), an umbrella and a cap in case you forget to bring them along, to a clothes hanging rack, detergent for the washing machine, first-aid kits, and all kinds of household detergent in case you need to clean something. (3) The apartment is large with cool stone floor and wooden rolling windows outside of glass windows. They keep it cool all day. The large balcony presents a wide view of the Adige river flowing right outside. The neighbors in the next buildings were super quiet, no matter what time it was. The trash containers were right in front of the building. (4) The host's mother lives one floor above, and she was very sweet and caring! The air conditioner broke during our stay, but the host's mother was so kind as to providing us with her electric fans to use instead. (5) There are two bus stops not far from the building to bring you to the city center. There are at least 3 big supermarkets within a walkable distance for any need for food.

(1) The buses in Verona run only till 9pm latest, so in case you miss the last bus, walking back to the apartment would not be a pleasant walk, given the heat of summer and the location from the city center (around 3km). The buses around the apartment don't run so frequently, and since it was so hot, we were sunburnt from just waiting for the bus. (2) The air conditioner broke during our stay so we didn't have a good sleep.

A perfect place to stay in Verona

I liked everything about it. It was a good size and had everything I needed. The balcony and river view were wonderful. It was an easy walk to the city centre along the river or a quick bus ride from a nearby stop. After spending the day sightseeing and wandering in the hectic city centre, it was a pleasure to return to sit on the balcony and listen to the birds. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were fabulous. They responded to my questions immediately and were extremely helpful.

Value for money stay in Verona

Very clean and well furnished apartment with responsive host. The extra bonuses are it's in a very nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants/supermarkets nearby and city center is under 15 minutes drive. We appreciated host's detailed directions to the property, suggestions to our queries on where to park near Verona Arena and quick response to apt facilities. Thank you very much 🙏

Wifi wasn't consistent. Had to reboot the router each time. Not a big issue for us though.

Superb

Super nice, super clean place with a sunny balcony. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and it was the perfect place to stay. The communication was easy and it was no problem that we had to shift our arrival and departure. Thanks for your flexibility and the warm welcome! :-)

Ottimo per singles, coppie o famiglie con un figlio.

Una struttura eccezionale, un appartamento a cui non manca nulla per passare una vacanza a Verona, a cominciare dalla splendida vista del fiume Adige. Possibilita' di parcheggio sotto casa.Ben servito dai mezzi, supermercato a 5 minuti. Grande professionalita'da parte della signora Lanfranca all'accoglienza, e da Michele per i contatti. E'la seconda volta che torniamo in questo appartamento,(siamo una famiglia di 3 persone), e non siamo rimasti delusi nemmeno questa volta. Alla prossima.

Super séjour à Vérone !

L'appartement très propre et climatisé se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée, très calme et très propre avec un ascenseur et un parking où nous avons pu nous garer facilement et gratuitement. A notre arrivée, malgré la barrière de la langue, la mère de notre hôte, très gentille, nous a remis les clés et expliqué l'essentiel du logement et de ses commodités. Nous avons également contacté avant et pendant notre séjour notre hôte qui a été toujours réactive à nous répondre. La terrasse est un plus pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le Castelvecchio est rapidement accessible en voiture, sinon un bus se trouve non loin pour joindre la vieille ville. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Une expérience très réussie!

L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux et lumineux. Il est très bien situé, proche des commerces et du centre de Vérone. Le stationnement est aisé et gratuit (devant la résidence), si l'on vient en voiture. Un bus se trouve également à proximité, pour se rendre facilement en centre ville.

Hier stimmte einfach ALLES : die ruhige Lage nicht im quirrligen Zentrum, aber dennoch mit Bus oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, Sauberkeit top, Einrichtung nicht 08/15, alles da, Supermärkte um die Ecke, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Ein echter Tipp!

Gute Preis Leistung

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, alles vorhanden in der sehr geräumigen sauberen Wohnung. Sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage. Toller Aisblick auf die Etsch vom großen Balkon. Super Anbindung über mehrere Buslinien in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof . Waren sogar bequem mit Bus in Sirmione.

Leider ist die Aussicht auf Fluss zwar schön, aber davor ist eine tagsüber viel befahrene Straße, was wir als laut und störend empfunden haben. Von 22 Uhr bis 6 Uhr ist jedoch Ruhe oder bei geschlossenem Fenster..

Soggiorno perfetto in tutto e per tutto!

Dimensioni, panorama, prezzo, posizione a poca distanza dalla fermata dell'autobus e comunque a 30 minuti di cammino dal centro attraverso una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume. Ma soprattutto l'estrema cortesia dei gestori, pronti a capire le necessità di chi viaggia e ad assecondare le richieste. Struttura vivamente consigliata.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Verona lontano dal caos

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben arredato, strutturato e rifornito! Non si trova molto vicino al centro, ma per noi è stato un valore aggiunto: ciò permette di riposare tranquillamente, di avere molti servizi vicini e, cosa non da poco, di parcheggiare la macchina in strada senza difficoltà. Prendendo il bus in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro storico, quindi per noi è stato molto comodo! La persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stata molto gentile, disponibile e simpatica!!!

كان اختيار مناسب للسكن في فيرونا، استقبلتنا والدة المضيفة وكانت لطيفة جدًا. الشقة نظيفة ومجهزة بالكامل من كل النواحي سواء المطبخ او غسالة الملابس ومعدات التنظيف. فيها مكيف بالصالة وبغرفة النوم، المواقف مجانية تحت العمارة. تعتبر بعيدة عن السنتر لكن بالسيارة 10-12 دقيقة بس وفيه محطة باص قريبة جدًا. اوصي بالسكن فيها.
