Location was perfect and staff were wonderful
Everything was old, worn out and not updated as it should be!
They are reopening the hotel after it being closed for many years, but obviously on a very small budget, it does not work!!!
Swimming pool was not fit to swim in, breakfast was poor and they were charging 500 Baht each, after first morning, we went down the road and ate breakfast for half the price!
Bar never had drinks or mixers available, ie. Ran out of Vodka, Gin, Beer, Tonic several times during our weeks stay 🤔

Friendly staff
The resort positions itself at the same price point as several outstanding properties nearby. Unfortunately, the experience does not align with that pricing. The breakfast, which is charged separately, was extremely limited and of noticeably low quality. Several other aspects of the stay felt underdeveloped and inconsistent with what one would reasonably expect at this rate.
We travel to Thailand frequently and appreciate both high end resorts and simple homestays. We are happy to pay premium prices when the value is justified. In this case, however, the overall offering did not reflect the cost, and the stay felt significantly overpriced.

The hotel is very run down and the poor was not clean or in use. We were told it will not be operational until after Covid? I’m pretty sure we are post Covid now!

This property is closed to abandoned and is let to rot. The staff mentioned that it is under transition from old to new owner. Nothing to like here.
The pool is out of service with dirty water. No security guard anywhere including the gate. No staff at night so we were left on our own in the big property. Old and broken parts can be seen everywhere even the dining area also has big hole on the ceiling. This place is hazard and shouldn't be listed in Booking.com

The pool (apart from the cloudy green colour at the end).
The staff were friendly (especially the cleaners). The location was really good too (if you have mopeds).
The rooms were comfy and clean.
Breakfast very very poor, not much option and quality really not good. Especially poor for vegetarians. As most dishes contained chicken or this weird sausage type stuff. Just no where near enough variety for a "5 star resort". Breakfast was probably 2/3 star at best.
The room was comfortable but in need of a paint job and fixing a few things. One of the roof panels was falling off due to damp. Also the Aircon unit leaked all over the floor. Also there is no point in the balcony as you can't go outside, due to the amount of mosquitoes. Doesn't help there being still water ponds directly outside the rooms.
The staff were friendly but not helpful. We asked if there were any walks in the area to do, and we were just told, "I don't know". No attempt to help or find out. Also when asking about a taxi they quoted an insane price, 2400baht for a 15 minute drive. Some of the staff were new and I don't think were given any training though so it's not their fault.
The gym is very poor, no free weights just 2 running machines (one broken), 2 cycling machines and a very old multi weight machine, absolutely in need of a service.
The pool is lovely although by the end of the stay had turned cloudy green, we think there was a problem with the filter.
Finally booking.com quoted around £670 for the stay for 9 nights but when paying it didn't let us pay with out credit cards. We tried several cards. We then decided to pay at the hotel. Unfortunately when we got there we were charged in BAHT the equivalent of £860. This is partly booking.com's fault, but the stay is absolutely not worth that.
Overall we had a nice stay, but this cannot be called a 5 star hotel, and not worth the money, so don't expect luxury. We guess that the turnover is not high enough to warrant spending the money needed to get back up to scratch, but they will keep losing customers and loose further turnover over time.

Das Personal beim Empfang und Tourenvermittlung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch direkt übers Hotel einen Roller gemietet, was sehr gut geklappt hat.
Das Frühstück war dürftig und den Aufpreis nicht wert. Säfte, Wasser und Milch waren sehr unpraktisch in Bügelverschlussflaschen in einem Kühlschrank ohne Abstellplatz daneben, dass man ein Glas hätte hinstellen können zum einschenken. Zu viel unmotiviertes und unproduktives Personal (bestelltes Ei wurde trotzdem vergessen).
Pool: Das Wasser war grün und man und nicht gerade einladend. Offensichtlich bestand ein Problem, aber keine Absperrung oder plakativer Hinweis für eine NICHT BENÜTZUNG. Das Resort wirkt leer und kalt, kein Charme. Prioritäten werden nicht erkannt.
Man merkt, dass dem Resort eine führende Hand fehlt.

La posizione è meravigliosa, la struttura ha un gran potenziale ma i servizi sono scarsi. La piscina aveva acqua verdastra e torbida.
La colazione poco varia e con piatti caldi a mio avviso improponibili. Ho chiesto assistenza per il wifi, mi hanno detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno ma nessuno si è fatto vivo.

Nachdem wir die 1. Nacht im 2. Stock ohne lift(!) verbrachten, bekamen wir das gebuchte und von booking.com bestätigte Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Gartenterrasse nur durch Reklamation
Swimmingpool war nicht nutzbar, das Wasser war unsauber, trüb, grün und abgestanden. Die benötigte umwälzpumpe war defekt und die Wasserspeier und Massagedüsen außer Betrieb. Internet funktionierte nur sporadisch. Die Anlage war stark renovierungsbedürftig.

Geweldig vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!
Het hotel is recent heropend na een lange sluiting door Covid. Nog niet alle kamers zijn beschikbaar, het is daardoor erg rustig in het hotel, maar alle faciliteiten zijn wel beschikbaar. We hebben genoten van het fijne grote zwembad.
Goede bedden, nette kamers, fijn balkon, uitstekende badkamer.
Badlakens zijn gratis beschikbaar inclusief een fijne tas om ze in mee te nemen.
Coconut beach op 4 km afstand is ook een echte aanrader om te bezoeken.
De slaapbank voor onze zoon was redelijk hard.
De locatie is fijn als je rust zoekt en direct aan het strand. Er zijn een aantal restaurantjes in de straat, maar als je naar het centrum wilt moet je wel met een taxi.

Großzügige Anlage direkt am Meer mit großem Pool, geräumiges Zimmer mit überdachtem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend behoben.
Das Frühstück entsprach keinem Hotelstandard, nach dem 2.Tag haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt. Keine Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich, die Auswahl an der Hotelbar beschränkte sich auf Bier, Cola, Saft und Wasser.

Fina rum och allmänna utrymmen. Fint poolområde och det ligger precis jämte stranden. Nära till andra restauranger om man vill variera. Fin strand. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Välstädat. Rekommenderas varmt!
