Location was perfect in old town Kotor.

It was a bit noisy late at night.

The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for everyone’s shower. The unit is very private, spacious and luxurious with its own garden terrace.

Too many steps with luggage, about 100 steps and the porter service at 35 euro per bag was too expensive for 250m to Pile Gate.

This place was excellent! The studio was much larger than we expected. It smelt and looked perfectly clean and was such a nice air conditioned temperature when we walked in. Nino was very easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check in and leaving our bags after checkout which we were really happy with. You will read that there are two flights of stairs on the street/path to the property, we personally didn’t find them too challenging with baggage but also think finding accommodation without the requirement for some stairs would be hard. The main strip in Dubrovnik was very busy and loud with people, so the only way to find quiet accommodation is to go up the stairs to quieter sections. Try not to be put off by the requirement of stairs because the studio was definitely worth it! Highly recommend
